3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without notice if not secured with a deposit or formal agreement.

• A written confirmation or signed contract is required before any work commences.

4. Payments

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to confirm any project or supply agreement.

• The balance is payable upon delivery, completion, or as per agreed milestones.

• Late payments may attract interest charges and suspension of service delivery.

5. Project Delivery & Timelines

• All timeframes provided are estimates and may vary based on weather, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.

• Nana-Investsec will not be liable for any indirect loss resulting from project delays beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information and access to sites or properties when needed.

• Ensure payment deadlines are met.

• Obtain relevant permissions where applicable (e.g., for construction or installations).

7. Warranties & Liability

• Equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Nana-Investsec provides workmanship guarantees as per the specific project contract.

• We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on work or material already committed.

• Custom orders and once-off materials are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and branding used on our website or in our service delivery remain the intellectual property of Nana-Investsec and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Website Use

Users may not:
